Manual Winch Lifting System Security Mobile Surveillance Tower

The MP3P-G7MHS Manual winch lifting system Security Mobile Surveillance Tower is practical, field-proven, and capable of sustaining surveillance for 72 hours at 160W on a single battery charge.

Three dual-face angle-adjustable 450W monocrystalline solar panels (total 1,350W) provide strong charging input through an Epever/Victron MPPT controller into a 14,400Wh lead-acid battery bank (6×200AH, DC12V). The solar array is adjustable in both face direction and angle — panels rotate to track the sun regardless of trailer orientation, and tilt independently to match the optimal incidence angle for the site latitude. This flexibility is particularly important for deployments in the tropics or at high latitudes where fixed-angle panels lose meaningful efficiency.

The 7-meter mast rises by hand winch. For operators running stable long-term deployments, the manual winch is a non-issue; the mast goes up once and stays up. At the top, the CCTV enclosure with pre-installed internal cabling and a purpose-built mounting box supports PTZ cameras, 4G routers, NVR, speakers, and antennas. The multi-standard hitch trailer (American/European/Australian compatible) with a foldable tow bar, forklift slots, and tow rings handles transport. Four foldable outrigger legs stabilise the unit. DC24V; 1.5kW/2.5kW AC charger. Operating temperature: −25°C to 60°C.
