The current design supports approximately 10 deployments and retractions per year. If more frequent assembly and disassembly is required, the container body, structural components, and connectors need to be redesigned to enhance performance. The track material is zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy.
After all folding frames are fully extended and secured at both ends, locking pins are inserted into the square holes at the hinge ends of the frames. The pins are connected via steel cables to ground anchors, with cable tensioners in the middle for adjusting tension. For muddy or grassy ground, anchors are driven directly into the ground. For concrete ground, steel cables are attached to hooked expansion bolts fixed into the concrete.
The system is estimated to withstand up to Level 12 winds. The solution involves inserting ringed locking pins into the square holes on the side of the frames, with steel cables and tensioners connecting the pins to ground spikes. For muddy ground, spikes are inserted into the soil. For hard ground such as concrete, spikes are secured with counterweights.
The PV modules are installed within the folding frame. When folded into the container, limit pins located at the top of the container secure each frame section at fixed intervals. After the frame assembly is secured, wooden blocks are placed underneath to lift the wheels off the ground, preventing axle deformation caused by road bumps during transport. The outermost modules are covered with shock-absorbing foam to protect the glass from impacts and damage.
The maximum horizontal height difference between the two transverse support bases is ±5cm, with a transverse distance of approximately 2.4m. The maximum horizontal height difference between the two longitudinal support bases is ±10cm, with a longitudinal distance of approximately 3.54m. The overall frame extends approximately 90–100m. Based on the ground level at the container position, the allowable height difference over the 100m length is ±50cm.

Our current policy is that the purchaser is responsible for ongoing maintenance and deployment operations; we do not currently provide continuous on-site maintenance services. Therefore, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, though we can still offer remote technical guidance.
