Portable and Scalable PV & ESS ContainerMP20HQ-110KW/241KWH
The Portable and Scalable PV & ESS Container is a modular, pre-engineered microgrid system that integrates solar photovoltaic generation, battery energy storage, inverter conversion, and an optional backup generator within a single standard 20HQ shipping container measuring 6058×2438×2591mm. Pre-wired and factory-tested before shipment, the system is designed to operate under standard 20-foot sea container transport conditions, withstanding harsh climate and transit environments while dramatically simplifying on-site commissioning — reducing deployment time, lowering costs, and improving overall system safety.
The solar array comprises 176 Topcon panels rated at 650–670Wp each, mounted on a 44-row aluminum alloy racking structure. Each bracket measures 4726×2103×30mm, with a single bracket installation capacity of 4 panels. The fully deployed array spans 110.4×4.7×1.1 meters in the expanded configuration, or folds down to 4.8×1.9×2.44 meters for transport, with a total installed capacity of 110kWp. The system carries a total of 16 battery units, delivering a combined energy storage capacity of 241kWh to ensure continuous power supply through low-irradiance periods or nighttime operation.
The integrated 60KW on-grid inverter operates at a rated AC voltage of 380/400V (±3%, N+PE) and frequency of 50/60Hz, with a maximum efficiency of 60%. It supports a full working temperature range of 5°C to +60°C (output derated at +45°C to +60°C) and communicates via RS485, Wi-Fi, CAN, DRMS, Bluetooth, and Ethernet/LAN protocols, enabling remote monitoring, smart grid integration, and flexible energy management across a wide range of deployment scenarios.
Suitable for off-grid communities, industrial facilities, military forward operating bases, mining sites, and emergency power applications, the PV & ESS Container delivers a mobile, scalable, renewable, and fully self-contained energy solution that is ready to generate and store clean power from the moment it arrives on site.
